We create change at Digital Knack through our employee-led programs powered by voluntary committees. You’ll find some of them here:

Culture Committee “CC”
A 6-month rotation wherein the voluntary CC plans fun and celebratory moments for us all.

Social Advocacy Program “SAP”
The team behind our social responsibility initiatives. This includes education, awareness, and advocacy for underrepresented demographics.
Digital Knack allocates $10,000 per year to employee-selected and elected nonprofits and mission-based organizations.

Douglass Kirk Award
A peer-to-peer award we run each quarter. An employee-wide poll solicits peer feedback around a chosen competency.
