As the Founder of Digital Knack, I’ve helped Founders build and scale over 100+ GTM teams over the last decade, bringing immense empathy and expansive perspectives to each encounter. I know what it takes to hire across Seed, Series A, and Series B stages. I’ve led transformative talent strategies for both scrappy startups and large-scale companies, honing a sharp eye for what works—and what doesn’t. My approach? No fluff, no shortcuts—just diligence, smart tools, and long-standing relationships built on trust, integrity, and results. Whether in work or life, I hold myself to a simple standard: deliver value in every interaction.

A combination of corporate (in-house) and agency recruiting, specializing in Technical / Engineering and Executive hiring spanning early-stage startups to two Fortune 50 companies. This means I know how to build orgs from both inside-out and outside-in across small and hyper-scaled environments. I know hiring successfully is not just about finding the talent: whether it’s having tough conversations with C-suite leaders to help them get out of their own way, putting systems in place where there were none, or knowing what metrics matter – I come with a broad perspective grounded in best-in-class recruiting practices.
